I've been using this regularly for a few months now. I take 1 tsp glycine + some magnesium 30 min before bed, then if I need it, 12 sprays right when I'm getting into bed, along with some CBD. It helps me drift off quickly and doesn't seem to be causing any kind of dependence, which I appreciate.
